Bonds, bonds, and more bonds.

In and effort to practise bonds in a fun way, Gill and I took our children down to the computer room where we had set up four activities each revolving around bonds practice.

A computer generated game from a fabulous site with a whole collection of bonds activities.

A dice game where the children crossed off numbers 2- 12 depending on the score they got after rolling the dice. The first one to rub out all his/her numbers was the winner.

Cards - children got to pick pairs and minus the totals, the one with the highest answer scored a point. The person with the most points after 10 minutes was the winner.

The final activity was  a worksheet with both bonds and counting! It was quite challenging and was therefore voted the least favourite activity of the four!!

Parents, I have sent you all the link to the bonds online games and I would encourage you all to get your children busy with them each night this week.
Here it is again:-
