The final stretch

This year has gone so fast, I can't believe that we are only a few weeks from the end. Our theme this term is based on the the book The owl who was afraid of the dark, by Jill Tomlinson. We will start off our theme by learning a little about owls this coming week before reading chapter one, the following week.

The short three day week allowed us time to get started on our theme in a fun way.......
We decorated our door,

made beautiful book covers....

And finally made lots of "feathers' for our big owl on the back wall.

We are all looking forward to a productive final term with lots of fun learning experiences ahead.
