Guess how much I love you

This week our mini theme is very appropriate  for valentines day - we based our work on the book - Guess how much I love you, where a father and son hare compare their love for each other. It is a beautiful story.

On Monday we made cards for our parents telling them how much they were loved. The favourite comment for me was from Dharshan - he said he loved his parents more than Pooh loves honey!

Today we wrote about the things we love about our friends. It was a bit more challenging as the children had to think of things that went with each of the letters of the word L-O-V-E. There were some lovely ideas. They are up in the classroom on display. Parents are welcome to pop by and come and read!
