Orals - Tashmina and Aayur

Tashmina showed us how to make a magnet by using a battery, large nail and some wire. She was so well prepared that she even showed us another experiment. How to find magnetic north without a compass.

Aayur had to do his experiment outside as he made a packet explode using water, vinegar and bicarb. He was able to clearly explain to us all why this happened. He told us that when bicarb and vinegar mix they give off gas - carbon dioxide. We could clearly see this when the packet began to swell.
