Certificate winners

We wrote our first spelling, dictation and maths tests this week. Everyone tried their best and I was so proud of them all. This weeks certificate winners were the children who got everything correct. A fantastic effort- well done!

Introducing Jaden.

Jaden was our first "pupil of the day". There are 4 in his family and his oldest brother is in grade 7 at our school. He likes fast cars, swimming at the beach and snorkeling. His favourite soccer team is Barcelona and Lionel Messi his most favourite player! 

Mini-me

By way of introducing themselves the children in our class wrote a short paragraph all about themselves. We pinned them onto the mini-me life size dolls that we made and hung them across the classroom. They look stunning - everyone that comes to visit agrees.

You can see each of the class holding their mini-me puppets. They look great!

The first day of Grade Two 2013

It was wonderful to meet all my new children and their parents. I look forward to a happy association with you this year.
